Abstract:
The thesis entitled The Guidelines for Value Added through Online Sales Process in the New Normal by the OTOP Group in Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province applied the participatory action research in which the data were collected via in-depth interviews with 16 key informants and focus group discussion with 10 experts. The obtained data were analyzed by triangulation technique, followed by a summary, discussion, and suggestion, respectively.
From the study, the following results are found:
1) The conditions of selling products in the new normal by the OTOP group in Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province found that the channels for selling OTOP group products are born from public relations via online application with venue information so sellers can make reservations and bring their standard products to sell at the site, which is organized jointly by the private and public sectors. The products are also available in the community's OTOP shops.
2) The researcher, the community development office, and the OTOP entrepreneur group collaborate in the development of the online sales process by the OTOP group in Sampran District, via activities.
3) The guidelines for value added through online sales process in the new normal created by the OTOP group in Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province, have been voted useful and practical in online sales by everyone.
The body of knowledge gained from the training for using in online sales is the marketing, which leads to the selection of appropriate online applications. The learning knowledge is employed to sell OTOP group products in order to generate income for oneself.
