Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการผลิตของเกษตรกรจากเกษตรเคมีสูงเกษตรอินทรีย์ เพื่อการพัฒนารูปแบบการผลิตของเกษตรกรจากเกษตรเคมีสู่เกษตรอินทรีย์ และเพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการเปลี่ยนแปลงการผลิตจากเกษตรเคมีสู่เกษตรอินทรีย์ในพื้นที่ชุมชนพระยืน อําเภอพระยืน จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยศึกษาวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี คือ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยการใช้แบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างเกษตรกร จำนวน 66 หลังคาเรือน และเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กลุ่มผู้บริโภคในพื้นที่ชุมชน ผู้บริโภคในตลาดออนไลน์ เกษตรกร และนักวิชาการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการผลิตของเกษตรกรจากเกษตรเคมีสูงเกษตรอินทรีย์ คือ ปัญหาด้านสุขภาพ ต้นทุนการผลิต และปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม การได้รับการส่งเสริมจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน ในการรับรู้แนวคิดด้านเกษตรอินทรีย์ การจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ การรับรู้ข้อมูล และข่าวสาร ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเกษตรอินทรีย์ การพัฒนารูปแบบการผลิตของเกษตรกรจากเกษตรเคมีสู่เกษตรอินทรีย์ โดยวิธีการดังนี้ 1) การสร้างการรับรู้/แนวคิด/ประสบการณ์ ๒) การเรียนรู้ศึกษาวิธีการ 3) การทดลองปฏิบัติจริง 4) การนำมาปรับใช้ของเกษตรอินทรีย์รูปแบบการเปลี่ยนแปลงการผลิตจากเกษตรเคมีสู่เกษตรอินทรีย์ องมีปัจจัยสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภายนอกให้การสนับสนุนการเปลี่ยนแปลงการผลิตจากเกษตรเคมีสู่เกษตรอินทรีย์เพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ยั่งยืน และเกษตรกรในชุมชนพระยืนจะต้องมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน โดยมีปัจจัยนำเข้าคือทุนในการดำเนินงาน ได้แก่ ทุนมนุษย์ ทุนทรัพยากร ทุนทางปัญญา ทุนทางสังคม และกระบวนการ ในการดำเนินงานดังกล่าวต้องมีความสัมพันธ์และเชื่อมโยงกัน ส่งผลทำให้เปลี่ยนแปลงการผลิตจากเกษตรเคมีสู่อินทรีย์ประสบความสำเร็จ ผลที่ได้คือการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ความยั่งยืนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ความยั่งยืนด้านสังคม และความยั่งยืนด้านเศรษฐกิจ

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study the factors affecting the change in the production model of farmers from chemical agriculture to organic agriculture. For the development of farmer's production model from chemical agriculture to organic agriculture and to present the model of production change from chemical agriculture to organic agriculture in Phra Yuen District, Khon Kaen Province. The research study was a Mixed Methodology Research methods, Quantitative research by using a questionnaire from a group of farmers of ๖๖ households. And collecting qualitative research by in-depth interview is community area consumer, in the online market consumers, farmers and academics. Factors affecting the change in the production model of farmers from chemical agriculture to organic agriculture are health problems. Production cost and environmental problems getting promotion from government and private agencies in recognizing the concept of organic agriculture organizing the learning process Awareness of information and news. Knowledge about organic agriculture. Development of farmer's production model from chemical agriculture to organic agriculture The methods are as follows: ๑) creating awareness/ concepts/ experiences ๒) learning to study methods ๓) hands-on experiments ๔) application of organic agriculture The change of production mode from chemical agriculture to organic agriculture needs the support of other organizations. Support sustainable change from chemical agriculture to organic agriculture. Farmers in Pra Yuean Community must participate in the operation. The factors needed are human capital, resources capital. Intellectual capital, social capital and process In this process, their relationships and connected have led to the success of organic production from chemical agriculture. The result of ๓ sustainable development is environmental sustainability, social sustainability and economic sustainability
