Abstract: การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง “กลยุทธ์การขับเคลื่อนพลังเครือข่ายขององค์กรทางสังคมเพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนยายชา อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม” มีวัตถุประสงค์ ๓ ประการคือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาเครือข่ายองค์กรทางสังคมในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนยายชา อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม (2) เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การขับเคลื่อนพลังเครือข่ายขององค์กรทางสังคมในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนยายชา อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม และ (3) เพื่อเสนอกลยุทธ์การขับเคลื่อนพลังเครือข่ายขององค์กรทางสังคมในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนยายชา อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัด นครปฐม ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสารต่างๆ และสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 15 คน และทำการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ จำนวน 10 คน เพื่อให้ได้มุมมองของการพัฒนากลยุทธ์การขับเคลื่อนพลังเครือข่ายขององค์กรทางสังคมในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนยายชา อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม ชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. เครือข่ายองค์กรทางสังคมในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนยายชา อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม พบว่า แนวทางในการสร้างองค์กรเครือข่ายทางสังคม เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนยายชา โดยเครือข่ายทางสังคมเป็นบุคคล กลุ่มองค์กร พบวิกฤตการณ์หรือสภาพปัญหาในสังคม หรือมีความต้องการร่วมกัน เกิดการรวมตัวกันโดยมีเป้าหมายความต้องการที่คล้ายคลึงกัน มีความเชื่อมโยงประสานสัมพันธ์กันในลักษณะที่เป็นหุ้นส่วนกัน เพื่อดำเนินกิจกรรม การแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล ความรู้ ประสบการณ์ กระบวนการ ทักษะ เทคนิคการทำงาน ตลอดจนการระดมทรัพยากรในการแก้ปัญหา รวมถึงการสร้างพลังและอำนาจต่อรองร่วมกันเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ นอกจากนี้เครือข่ายทางสังคม เป็นความสัมพันธ์ในสังคมมนุษย์ทั้งในระดับปัจเจกบุคคล ปัจเจกบุคคลกับกลุ่ม กลุ่มกับกลุ่ม และกลุ่มกับเครือข่าย โดยเป็นการอธิบายถึงพฤติกรรมและความสัมพันธ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสิ่งต่างๆ เช่น กิจกรรม การสื่อสาร ความร่วมมือ การพึ่งพาอาศัย การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ 2. พัฒนากลยุทธ์การขับเคลื่อนพลังเครือข่ายขององค์กรทางสังคมในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนยายชา อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม พบว่า การพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน ประกอบด้วยฐานความสำเร็จคือ ด้านผู้นำ ด้านการรวมกลุ่มกิจกรรม ด้านการบริหารจัดการกลุ่ม ด้านการเรียนรู้และการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ ด้านการสร้างเครือข่ายด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านการปรับตัวต่อกระแสการเปลี่ยนแปลง และด้านการสร้างจิตสำนึกรักถิ่นฐานของคนในชุมชน กระบวนการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน ประกอบด้วย การเตรียมคนหรือการพัฒนาทรัพยากร บุคคล การกำหนดประเด็นปัญหาของชุมชนและการพัฒนาทางเลือกเพื่อดำเนินกิจกรรม การดำเนินกิจกรรม สาธารณะชุมชน และขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ ยังมีสิ่งสำคัญที่ต้องดำเนินการในกระบวนการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนคือการสร้างระบบเครือข่าย กระบวนการเรียนรู้ระบบความสัมพันธ์และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ค่านิยม วัฒนธรรม ประเพณีและผลที่คาดหวัง 3. เสนอกลยุทธ์การขับเคลื่อนพลังเครือข่ายขององค์กรทางสังคมในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนยายชา อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม พบว่า กลยุทธ์การขับเคลื่อน เป็นการวางแผนเพื่อขับเคลื่อนเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย ภายใต้การวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสมต่อการพัฒนาชุมชนของชุมชนยายชา อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม การจัดทำกลยุทธ์การนำรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน ไปใช้ในการพัฒนาชุมชน ได้จัดทำกลยุทธ์ 5 กลยุทธ์คือ กลยุทธ์ส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งการบริหารจัดการชุมชน กลยุทธ์ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารจัดการชุมชน กลยุทธ์สร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้ในการบริหารจัดการชุมชน กลยุทธ์สร้างเครือข่ายการบริหารจัดการชุมชน และกลยุทธ์สร้างจิตสำนึกรักบ้านเกิดในการบริหารจัดการชุมชน

Abstract: The research on “Strategic Movement the Network Power of Social Organizations to Build the Strength of Yai Cha community, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province” there are three objectives: (1) to study the network of social organizations in strengthening the community of Yai Cha, Sampran District (2) to develop strategic movement the network power of social organizations in building the strength of the Yai Cha community, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province, and (3) to propose strategic movement the network power of social organizations to create the strength of the community in Yai Cha, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The researcher used the qualitative research method. By studying information from various documents and in-depth interviews from 15 key informants and a group discussion of 10 people to gain perspective on the development of strategies to move the power of social networks of social organizations in strengthening the community's power of Yai Cha, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province more clearly. The results of the research were as follows: 1. The network of social organizations to strengthen the community of Yai Cha Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province, found that the guidelines for social networking organizations. To strengthen the strength of the Yai Cha community where social networks are individuals, groups, organizations. Encountering crises or problems in society or have a common need. There was a union with similar goals and needs. They are connected and interrelated in a partnership manner. To carry out activities exchange of information, knowledge, experience, processes, skills, work techniques as well as mobilizing resources to solve problems including building power and bargaining power together to achieve the objectives. Besides, social networks it is a relationship in human society on the individual level. Individual versus a group with group and groups with networks describes behaviors and relationships that are related to things such as activities, communication, cooperation, dependence. Exchange of knowledge. 2. Develop a strategy to move the network power of social organizations in strengthening the community of Yai Cha, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province. It consists of the success base, namely the leader in group activities, group management learning, and knowledge transfer Network construction. Conservation of natural resources and the environment in the aspect of adaptation to the current of change and the creation of awareness and love for the home of the people in the community empowerment process includes preparing people or human resource development, defining community issues, and developing options to carry out activities. Conducting public activities, communities, and expanding networks of cooperation, there are still important actions to be taken in the community strengthening process: Networking the learning process, systems, relationships, and local wisdom, values, cultures, traditions, and expected results. 3. Propose a strategic movement the network power of social organizations in strengthening the community of Yai Cha, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province. It is the movement plan to achieve the goal under the analysis of environmental conditions suitable for community development of Yai Cha community, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province. Formulation of strategies for implementing the empowerment model of the community to use in community development has prepared five strategies: Strategies to promote the strength of community management strategies, to promote participation in community management strategies, to create learning processes in community management, to create a strategic network for community management and, strategies to create awareness and love for the hometown in community management.
