Abstract: งานวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนากระบวนการเสริมสร้างชุมชนเข้มแข็งตามหลักพุทธธรรมของเทศบาลตำบลต้นธง อำเภอเมืองจังหวัดลำพูนมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาบริบทชุมชนเข้มแข็งของประชาชนเทศบาลตำบลต้นธง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำพูน เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการเสริมสร้างชุมชนเข้มแข็งของประชาชนเทศบาลตำบลต้นธง อำเภอเมืองลำพูน และเพื่อวิเคราะห์กระบวนการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของเทศบาลตำบลต้นธง อำเภอเมืองลำพูนตามหลักพุทธธรรม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บริบทชุมชนเข้มแข็งของประชาชนเทศบาลตำบลต้นธงด้านสภาพสังคมมีการจัดระบบการศึกษาทั้งในระบบและนอกระบบโรงเรียนมีสถานศึกษาในระดับอนุบาลจนถึงระดับอุดมศึกษา ด้านการสาธารณสุขมิโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพประจำตำบล ด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและการคมนาคมมีไฟฟ้านำประปา ถนนสัญจรสะดวก ด้านทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มีแม่น้ำปิงแม่น้ำกวง ด้านขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีและวัฒนธรรม มีภาษาพูดเป็นของตนเอง เรียกว่า คำเมืองและคำยอง และมีแหล่งท่องเที่ยวภายในวัด การพัฒนาโดยการใช้กระบวนการทางทฤษฎี terms 1. technology ด้านเทคโนโลยีนั้นนำมาใช้ในการพัฒนาเป็นเรื่องสำคัญที่ภาครัฐต้องนำมาใช้ เพื่อบริการประชาชนเพื่อความสะดวกรวดเร็ว 2. Economic ด้านเศรษฐกิจ มีความสำคัญยิ่งที่จะช่วยเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งในชุมชนเศรษฐกิจดี ทำให้ชุมชนเข้มแข็ง ทำให้ประชาชนกินดี อยู่ดี ประชาชนไม่มีหนี้สิน ชุมชนก็เข้มแข็ง3. Resource ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลถือว่าสำคัญที่สุดต่อการพัฒนาต่าง ๆ ต้องมีการพัฒนาบุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อประสิทธิภาพด้านการบริหารจัดการ 4. Mental ด้านจิตใจ ความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนเริ่มต้นที่จิตใจเป็นสำคัญ ถ้าประชาชนมีจิตใจที่อ่อนแอไม่เข้มแข็งก็พ่ายแพ้แก่ปัญหาชีวิต ไม่สามารถ แก้ไขปัญหาที่มีความสลับชับซ้อนได้ 5.Socio-cultural system ด้านระบบสังคมและวัฒนธรรมยังคงอนุรักษ์ไว้ซึ่งขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีดั้งเดิม ให้ความสำคัญกับกิจกรรมวันสำคัญทางศาสนาทำให้ประชาชนมีศีลธรรม นอกจากนั้นก็มีการพัฒนากระบวนการสร้างความเข้มแข็งด้วยหลักพุทธธรรม จักร 4(ธรรมนำชีวิตไปสู่ความเจริญรุ่งเรือง ดุจล้อนำรถไปสู่ที่หมาย หลักจักร 4 มีการประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน คือ จักร 4 ได้แก่ 1.ปฏิรูปเทสวาสะ (อยู่ในถิ่นที่ดี มีสิ่งแวดล้อมเหมาะสม) ชุมชนตำบลต้ธงถือว่าตั้งอยู่ในถิ่นที่เหมาะสมทั้งด้าน อาณาเขตที่สะดวกสบายด้านการสัญจร เอื้ออำนวยต่อหลายๆ ด้าน 2.สัปปุริสูปัสสยะ (สมาคมกับสัตบุรุษ) คือการส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนได้มีการเสวนาคบหาบุคคลอื่นที่เป็นคนดีมีกัลญาณมิตร 3.อัตตสัมมาปณิธิ (ตั้งตนไว้ชอบ, ตั้งจิตคิดมุ่งหมาย นำตนไปถูกท่าง) ในตำบลต้นธงดังกล่วมาแล้วว่ามีโครงการฝึกอบรมธรรมะแก่ประชาชน ห่ลายโครงการ เช่น พระธรรมทูตสัญจร อ.ป.ต.สัญจร พบประชาชนโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีลห้า เป็นต้น 4.ปุพเพกตปุญญตา (ความเป็นผู้ได้ทำความดีไว้ก่อนแล้ว, มีพื้นเดิมดี, ได้สร้างสมคุณความดีเตรียมพร้อมไว้แต่ต้น) ถือได้ว่าเป็นการเสริมสร้างคุณความดี จากการประพฤติปฏิบัติมาอย่างต่อเนื่องนั้น นับได้ว่าเป็นทุนเดินของสังคมที่ได้สั่งสมความดีมาก่อน จึงเป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่ทำให้ส่งคมในตำบลต้นธงมีความเข้มแข็งสงบสุข ตามแบบของชุมชน สังคมวิถีพุทธ

Abstract: The purposes of this study, entitled "The Development of Community-Based Strengthening Process with Emphasis on the Dhramic Principles in Ban Ton Sub-district, Muang District, Lamphun Province", aimed to investigate the people' s community contexts in Ton Thong Municipality, and its community-based strengthening process, as well as to analyze the community based strengthening process of Ton Thong Municipality in Muang district, Lamphun province. The findings of the study, according to the TERMS theoretical concept used for this study, revealed that : The community has a strong community of people, Tambon Tumbon. The social conditions are organized in both the system and non-formal education. There are kindergartens. To higher education There are health promotion hospitals in the district. Infrastructure and Transportation The road is convenient. Natural resources are Ping river, rivers, customs and traditions. There is a language of their own called the word city and the word Yong and a tourist attraction within the temple. 1) In terms of technology (T), the requirement for technological applications should be facilitated for citizens' public services; 2) In terms of the economic aspects (E), the community residents' adequate numbers of food supplies and their no debts were both resulted in their better life-living; 3) Resource Human resources are considered the most important to the development of the various manpower development needs to continue to improve the management, and 4) Mental mentality, the strength of the community, the beginning of the mind is important. If the people have weak hearts, they were not strong. Was defeated to life problems. 5) Socio-cultural system Social and cultural system Maintain traditional traditions. The importance of religious day activities makes the people morally. In addition, the process of strengthening the Buddha Dharma 4 has been developed. (Dharma leads the way to prosperity.
