Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษา 1) ระดับการตั้งเป้าหมายส่วนบุคคล การสนับสนุนทางสังคม การเผชิญปัญหา และความพร้อมทางอาชีพของนักเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเลย 2) เปรียบเทียบความพร้อมทางอาชีพของนักเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเลยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3) ศึกษา ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการตั้งเป้าหมายส่วนบุคคลกับความพร้อมทางอาชีพของนักเรียนวิทยาลัย อาชีวศึกษาเลย 4) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการสนับสนุนทางสังคม กับความพร้อมทางอาชีพของนักเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเลย และ5) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเผชิญปัญหากับความพร้อมทางอาชีพ ของนักเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเลย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียน วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเลย จำนวน 400 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test, F-test, Least Significant Difference (LSD) และค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’ s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การตั้งเป้าหมายส่วนบุคคล การสนับสนุนทางสังคม การเผชิญปัญหา และความพร้อมทางอาชีพของนักเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเลยอยู่ในระดับสูง 2) นักเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเลยที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลได้แก่ผลการเรียน รายได้ของครอบครัว มีความพร้อมทางอาชีพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนนักเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเลยที่ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลได้แก่ เพศ ระดับชั้น สมาชิกในครอบครัวลำดับการเกิดอาชีพของบิดาอาชีพของมารดา และการวางแผนทางการเรียน มีความพร้อมทางอาชีพไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) การตั้งเป้าหมายส่วนบุคคลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก กับ ความพร้อมทางอาชีพของนักเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเลยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4) การสนับสนุนทางสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความพร้อมทางอาชีพของนักเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเลย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5) การเผชิญปัญหามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก กับความพร้อมทางอาชีพของนักเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเลย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the level of personal goal-setting, social support, coping and career readiness of students at LOEI VOCATIONAL COLLEGE, 2) to compare career readiness of students at LOEI VOCATIONAL COLLEGE by personal factors, 3) to study the relationship between personal goal-setting and career readiness of students at LOEI VOCATIONAL COLLEGE, 4) to study the relationship between social support and career readiness of students at LOEI VOCATIONAL COLLEGE, 5) to study the relationship between coping and career readiness of students at LOEI VOCATIONAL COLLEGE. The samples were 400 the vocational certificate and high vocational certificate of students at LOEI VOCATIONAL COLLEGE. The data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed by a statistical package program. The statistical methods used for analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, Least Significant Difference (LSD) and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results as follows: 1) personal goal-setting, social support ,coping and career readiness of the students were at the high level, 2) the students had difference in school record and total income of family had different career readiness with the statistical significance at .05 level and the students had difference in gender, class, number of family members, birth order, father’s occupation, mother’s occupation, and learning plans had not different career readiness, 3) personal goal-setting was positively related to career readiness at the statistical significance at .05 level, 4) social support was positively related to career readiness at the statistical significance at .05 level, 5) coping was positively related to career readiness at the statistical significance at .05 level.
