Abstract:
This research " The Leadership for management in good governance of Local administration organization" had the objectives as follows : 1) To study the body of knowledge in good governance for management in Local administration organization
and 2) To study the method for development teadership for management in good governance of Local administration organization. The methodology of this research was Qualitative Research that aimed at the detail and content analysis with logic in this issues. The Key Informants were the 20 persons for in-depth interview and conclusion for inductive analysis.
The research findings as followings :
The body of knowledge in sood governance for management in Local administration organization found that the body of knowledge in leadership , business and manage by good governance , all above will be supported by law that
will support the managers became to fair and the important thing was become towork with regulation more than position. The merit principle, The leader will be the best practice both inside and outside behaviour for the subordinate. In transparency ,
The leader will be consistently. In Participation , The leader will be generous and trust in subordinate abilities. In responsibility ,The leader will be set target with organization vision and the last in Value ,The leader will be educated for find the
knowledge all time especially new management and technology. The method for development leadership for management in good governance of Local administration organization was the leadership development
with "SHADED Model " which conform to good sovernance as follows : S-Sociability , H-Human relation , A-Ability , D-Director , E-Executive and D-Developer
