Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาตัวชี้วัดการจัดการสุขภาวะของผู้สูงอายุในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 2) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลตัวชี้วัดการจัดการสุขภาวะของผู้สูงอายุในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และ 3) สร้างคู่มือการจัดการเสริมสร้างสุขภาวะของ ผู้สูงอายุ: กรณีศึกษาผู้สูงอายุในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดเลย การเก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการศึกษาการพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดการเสริมสร้างสุขภาวะของผู้สูงอายุ ประกอบด้วย 3 กลุ่ม คือ (1) ตัวแทนเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ จำนวน 6 คน (2 พระวิทยากรอบรมเรื่องจิตของโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 3 รูป (3)ตัวแทนผู้สูงอายุเข้าร่วม จำนวน 13 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดล ตัวชี้วัดการจัดการสุขภาวะตัวชี้วัดการจัดการสุขภาวะของผู้สูงอายุ ได้แก่ ผู้สูงอายุที่กำลังศึกษาในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุประจำจังหวัด ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ พ.ศ. 2560 จำนวน 3 จังหวัด ได้แก่ จังหวัดเลย จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู จังหวัดอุดรธานี จำนวน 400 คน และกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการสร้างคู่มือการเสริมสร้างสุขภาวะของผู้สูงอายุกรณีศึกษาผู้สูงอายุในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดเลย ประกอบด้วย 3 กลุ่ม คือ (1) ตัวแทนเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ จำนวน 6 คน (2) พระสงฆ์ จำนวน 3 รูป (3) ตัวแทนผู้สูงอายุที่เข้าร่วม จำนวน 10 คน วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสนทนากลุ่ม การสัมภาษณ์ชิงลึก และการตอบแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล แบ่งออกเป็นการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ เชิงยืนยันสองอับดับ ผลการวิเคราะห์ เป็นดังนี้ 1. ผลการพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดการจัดการสุขภาวะของผู้สูงอายุในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ พบว่า การจัดการสุขภาวะของผู้สูงอายุในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือแบ่งออกเป็นองค์ประกอบ 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ ภาวะที่เป็นสุขทางกาย ภาวะที่เป็นสุขทางจิตใจ ภาวะที่เป็นสุขทางสังคม และภาวะ ที่เป็นสุขทางจิตวิญญาณ และมีตัวชี้วัด 30 ตัว 2. ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับที่สอง พบว่า ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบทั้ง 4 องค์ประกอบมีค่าเป็นบวก คือ มีค่าตั้งแต่ 0.31 – 0.82 อย่างมีนนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ทุกค่า องค์ประกอบที่มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมากที่สุด คือ องค์ประกอบด้านภาวะที่เป็นสุขทางจิตใจ ประกอบด้วยตัวชี้วัด 9 ตัว รองลงมา รองลงมา องค์ประกอบด้านภาวะที่เป็นสุขทางสังคม ประกอบด้วย ตัวชี้วัด 7 ตัว และองค์ประกอบด้านจิตวิญญาณ ประกอบด้วยตัวชี้วัด 8 ตัว และองค์ประกอบด้านภาวะที่เป็นสุขทางกาย ประกอบด้วยตัวชี้วัด 6 ตัว และโมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์(Chi-Square = 386.68, df = 350, p-Value = .09, GFI = 0.94, AGFI = 0.92, CN = 426.90, RMSEA = 0.02, CN = 426.90)

Abstract: This research aims to 1) Development Indicators management of Elder Health, Well-Being in the Northeast. 2) Check the consistency of the indicators model management of Elder Health, Well-Being in the Northeast with empirical data and 3 ) create a guide to managing the Elder Health, Well-Being: A Case Study of Elderly in the Elderly School in Loei Province. Data collection with the 3 target groups for this study. The Development of indicator for the Management of Elder Health, Well-Being were (1) Representatives of 6 government officials (2) 3 monk lecturers, mental matter training, in Schools of the Elderly (3) Representatives of 13 elderly participants. Samples were used to check the consistency of the indicators model management of Elder Health, Well-Being namely 400 elders are studying in the elderly schools in the province. 3 provinces In the Northeast BE 2560, include Loei, Nongbualumphu and Udonthani. And 3 target audience was used to create a guide to managing the Elder Health, Well-Being were (1) Representatives of 6 government officials (2) 3 monks (3) Representing seniors attended by 10 people. Methods Data were collected by a group discussion, in-depth interview, the respondents and data analysis. Divided into qualitative data analysis. By analyzing the content and analysis of quantitative data. By analyzing two affirmative components. The analysis was as follows. 1. The results of the Development of indicator for the Management of Elder Health, Well-Being in the Northeast found that the indicator for the Management of Elder Health, Well-Being in the Northeast divided into four components were happy physical, happy mentally, Blessed social and Spiritual joy. And there are 30 indicators. 2. Results of confirmatory factor analysis rank second. Found that the weightof the four configurations was positive. There is a value from 0.31 to 0.82 There wasstatistically significant at the. 01 levels, all values. The configuration with the most weight value is configuration of mental well-being. Contains 9 indicators. The second is a configuration of happy social. Contains 7 indicators, configuration of spirituality. Contains 8 indicators and configuration of happily physical. Contains 6 indicators. And the model is consistent with empirical data (Chi-Square = 386.68, df = 350, p-Value =.09, GFI = 0.94, AGFI = 0.92, CN = 426.90, RMSEA = 0.02, CN = 426.90)
