Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) เรื่อง บทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาพระพุทธศาสนา ระดับมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนไผ่ดำพิทยาคม รัชมังคลาภิเษก จำนวน 204 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ จำนวน 134 คน มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในการจัดการเรียนการสอน วิชาพระพุทธศาสนา ระดับมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนไผ่ดำพิทยาคม รัชมังคลาภิเษก 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในการจัดการเรียนการสอน วิชาพระพุทธศาสนา ระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในโรงเรียนไผ่ดำพิทยาคม รัชมังคลาภิเษก จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนา บทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในการจัดการเรียน การสอน วิชาพระพุทธศาสนา ระดับมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนไผ่ดำพิทยาคม รัชมังคลาภิเษก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นจากการศึกษาเอกสาร งานวิจัยและแนวคิดที่เกี่ยวกับ เรื่อง บทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาพระพุทธศาสนาระดับมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนไผ่ดำพิทยาคม รัชมังคลาภิเษก ซึ่งเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ เมื่อผู้ศึกษาวิจัยได้ข้อมูลกลับมา และนำแบบสอบถามมาตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความสมบูรณ์ทุกรายการแล้วทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อหาค่าสถิติต่างๆ ด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติตามขั้นตอน ดังต่อไปนี้ 1. ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ใช้การวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าความถี่ (Frequency) และ ค่าร้อยละ (Percent) 2. วิเคราะห์หาค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) เป็นรายข้อและรายด้าน เพื่อทราบระดับของ บทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาพระพุทธศาสนาระดับมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนไผ่ดำพิทยาคม รัชมังคลาภิเษก เป็นรายด้านและรายข้อ กกกกกกก กก 3. แปลผลการวิเคราะห์การเปรียบเทียบ เรื่อง บทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาพระพุทธศาสนาระดับมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนไผ่ดำพิทยาคม รัชมังคลาภิเษก จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา แตกต่างกัน เป็นรายด้าน โดยการทดสอบค่าเอฟสามกลุ่มการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One – Way ANOVA) และการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ใช้การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) หรือการทดสอบเอฟ(F-test)โดยวิธีการของ Scheffe 4. ข้อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนา บทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในการจัดการเรียน การสอนวิชาพระพุทธศาสนาระดับมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนไผ่ดำพิทยาคม รัชมังคลาภิเษก ที่ได้จากแบบสอบถามวิเคราะห์โดยการเขียนความเรียงเป็นรายด้าน กกกกกกกกผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. บทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในการจัดการเรียนการสอน วิชาพระพุทธศาสนา ระดับมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนไผ่ดำพิทยาคม รัชมังคลาภิเษก โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ 4.24, S.D.=0.792) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ 1) ด้านการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมการเรียนการสอนนักเรียน 2) ด้านกิจกรรมในโรงเรียนที่จัดทำขึ้นในการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรม 3) ด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนในการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรม 4) ด้านการประเมินผลทางคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียน 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบ ความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อ บทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในการจัดการเรียนการสอน วิชาพระพุทธศาสนา ระดับมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนไผ่ดำพิทยาคม รัชมังคลาภิเษก จําแนกตาม สถานภาพส่วนบุคคล โดยภาพรวม พบว่า บทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาพระพุทธศาสนาระดับมัธยมศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกัน ซึ่งปฏิเสธและไม่เป็นตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนนักเรียนที่มีอายุ และระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน ซึ่งปฏิเสธและไม่เป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ 3. ข้อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนา พบว่า ครูผู้สอนควรมีการจัดการเรียนการสอนศีลธรรมจริยธรรม รวมไปถึงการบูรณาการนำคุณธรรมจริยธรรมมาปรับใช้กับแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ของทุกกลุ่มสาระ ให้เหมาะสมกับนักเรียน และนักเรียนได้เกิดความการเรียนรู้ค้นคว้าหาความรู้จากแหล่งการเรียนรู้ในชีวิตประจำวัน และควรใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอนเพื่อให้เกิดการสนุกไม่เบื่อหน่ายเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้และนำไปใช้ได้จริงและยังสามารถกระตุ้นนักเรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้ทั้งในห้องเรียนและนอกห้องเรียน การวัดและการประเมินผลต้องมีความยุติธรรมเที่ยงตรง โดยการประเมินผลตามสภาพความเป็นจริงที่มีความสอดคล้องกับการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียน

Abstract: This research was a survey research on the role of Buddhist monks in teaching and learning in Buddhism. Secondary Phai Dam Pittayakom School The objectives of this study were: 1) to study the role of moral teaching monks in teaching and learning management; Buddhism Secondary Phai Dam Pittayakom School Rajamangalaphisek 2) to compare opinions on the role of moral teaching monks in teaching and learning management Buddhism Secondary in Phai Dam Pittayakom School Rajamangalaphisek Classified by personal factors 3) To propose development guidelines The role of monks teaching morality in teaching and learning management of Buddhism. Phai Dam Pittayakom School Rajamangalaphisek which is an estimation scale questionnaire In analyzing the data of this research study When the researcher gets the information back and bring the questionnaire to check for accuracy and completeness Every item and then analyze the data to find various statistical values. by computer by using the statistical package program as follows: Personal information of the respondents Use the analysis to find the frequency (Frequency) and the percentage (Percent).
