Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการพัฒนาชุมชนวัดวิเศษการ-วัดฉิมทายกาวาส 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการพัฒนาชุมชนวัดวิเศษการ-วัดฉิมทายกาวาส และ 3) เพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะในการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการพัฒนาชุมชนวัดวิเศษการ-วัดฉิมทายกาวาส โดยการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือประชาชนที่อยู่อาศัยในชุมชนวัดวิเศษการ-วัดฉิมทายกาวาส แขวงศิริราช เขตบางกอกน้อย กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 304 คน การวิจัยนี้ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สันและการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรมการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยและปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำตามแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรมการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยและปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำตามแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการพัฒนาชมชนวัดวิเศษการ-วัดฉิมทายกาวาส อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.10 (3) ข้อเสนอแนะในการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการพัฒนาชมชนวัดวิเศษการ-วัดฉิมทายกาวาส ได้แก่ การเพิ่มรูปแบบการประชาสัมพันธ์การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน การเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะ และการให้ประชาชนในชุมชนต้องเข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการกำหนดนโยบายชุมชนอย่างอิสระ

Abstract: This research aimed 1) to study the level of people’s participation in the community development of Wat Wisetkan – Wat Chimthaikawas 2) to study factors related to people’s participation in the community development of Wat Wisetkan – Wat Chimthaikawat and 3) to purpose guidelines for promoting people’s participation in the community development of Wat Wisetkan – Wat Chimtaikawas. This research was quantitative research with the sample 304 people, living in the community of Wat Wisetkan – Wat Chimthaikawat, Siriraj Subdistrict, Bangkok Noi District, Bangkok. The research tool was questionnaire to collect data, and the statistics were Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson’s Moment Product Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that (1) overall level of participation was at a moderate level which democratic political culture factor and leadership factor were high; (2) the democratic political culture factor and the leadership factor based on sufficiency economy concept were positively correlated with people’s participation in the development of Wat Wisetkan – Wat Chimthaikawat with a statistical significance of 0.10 ; (3) guidelines for promoting people’s participation to develop the community of Wat Wisetkan – Wat Chimthaikawat were having more patterns of public relations about community participation, allowing the public to share their opinions and suggestions, and allowing people in the community to freely participate in the community policies initiation.
