Abstract:
This article has objectives 1 To study the principles of human development in the Buddhist community in the 21st century 2. To develop the principles and methods of human development in the Buddhist community in the 21st century 3. To study, analyze, and develop the people in the Buddhist community in the 21st century by using Qualitative research methods, interview form By using participatory action research methodology which uses research methodology, divided into It was an interview which the research team used in- depth interview. With the Buddhist leaders, including the abbot, monk, community leaders including the chairman of the sub-district administrative organization, village headman, village headman, general public and youth teachers in the Buddhist community.
The result of research found that:
(1) The use of the principle of human development in Buddhist community in the 21st century at Ban Angkan community, village no. 4, Ban Khok Banlang, village No. 10, Buruesi subdistrict, Mueang district, Surin province cause people in the community to more understanding about Buddhist principles from knowing only superficial as well as they have determined to develop themselves and community.
(2) the principles and methods for human development in Buddhist community in the 21st century found that people in the community are veryharmonious, collaborate and join to create the tools to protect themselves from various dangers including to build a strong community efficiently.
(3) According to an analysis of people development in Buddhist community in the 21st century, it is possible that if we can develop and establish a new type of community to be a role model, it will be able to create and develop people, communities and societies by application of the morality principle which is the Buddhism doctrine. Therefore, the importance of community development is to develop people.
