Abstract:
A research study of 'The models and processes to cultivated public consciousness for Buddhist tourism management of Buddhist tourism attractions in Lanna' consists of three goals: 1). To develop models and processes of Buddhist tourism management to enhance the public consciousness of the temple in Lanna., 2). To develop the indicators and guidance on the development of public
consciousness by the Buddhist tourism activities in Lanna. and 3). To enhance public awareness of the value and the development of Buddhist tourism attractions in Lanna. The results of the study found that:
The Model and Process to Create Public Administration for Lanna, divided into 4 models, namely 1) The historical and cultural temples tourism, 2) The eco- temple tourism, 3) The temple-oriented Learn Buddhist principles tourism, and 4)
The meditation practice Tourism.
The components, indicators and guidance of developing public consciousness by Buddhist tourism activities in Lanna found in accordance with the Sappaaya -beneficial or advantageous conditions, principles which are the concept of developing a residence into a place that is comfortable and appropriate to support people and residents by 7 aspects: 1). Aavasa-soppaya-the residence is
comfortable, 2). Gocara-suitable resort, 3). Bhassa- suitable speech, 4). Puggala- suitable person, 5). Bhojana-suitable food, 6). Utu-suitable climate, and 7) Irijyapatha- suitable posture.
There are two goals to promote this study as follow: Firstly, the value and the processes of developing public consciousness of physical development, which is a self-training and moral training. Social development. Social behavior training. Secondly, the value and the mental development process for the public consciousness, as follow-the emotional development, which is a training for the
mind, and wisdom development, which is intellectual training.
