Abstract:
The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the design concepts and develop learning centers of urban communities; 2) to develop community innovative learning with the temple being the center of driving Thailand towards a learning society in the 4.0 era; and 3) to evaluate and present the creative learning center of the model community in Thai society. It aims to develop 3 learning centers: community history learning center at Wat Suan Dok, community learning center for early Buddhist history at Wat Jed Yod and community learning center for Dharma practice at Wat Ram Poeng in Chiangmai. It is based on research and development and action research. The sample of the study are 180 participants. Descriptive statistical methods are used in data: percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results of study reveal that: 1) The concept of designing and developing urban community learning centers from technology experts, key contributors, provides the concept of designing the development of the learning space online. Building websites on Google Sites, designing and developing learning areas, innovation, knowledge packs; 2) Area development and innovative learning on the Google sites program containing an E-book knowledge through scanning QR-code reveal that the
innovation of the com mmunity knowledge suite in Thai society to drive Thailand into a creative learning society; 3) The assessment of the readiness service to educate of the munity learning area in the history of the comn munity is at a good level, at a good level, 4.25% of the historical area of Buddhism is at a good level, or 4.20%.
