Abstract:
This study aimed to develop the verification system of learning achievement in Business Information Technology and assess the learning outcomes of students. The research methodology consisted of three stages in order to meet the user needs. Stage 1: Academic quality assurance staffs at Thammasat University, Kasetsart University, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, and Sripatum University were interviewed. The qualitative data obtained from the interviews were used to develop the system. Stage 2: Verification system was developed based on system development life cycle including project planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. Stage 3: User satisfaction was assessed. The sample group consisting of 32 academic quality assurance staffs including quality assurance committees, course lecturers, quality assurance operating officers, and quality assurance operating staffs, and 240 bachelor students in Business Information Technology. The result indicated the user satisfaction toward the verification system of learning achievement. The mean score on performance and meet the needs of users was 4.19 and the mean score on design was 4.24 respectively.
