Abstract:
The objectives of this study were to analyze: 1) context, 2) input, 3) process,
and 4) product for the operation of sufficiency economy project in academic 2020
of Nasan Municipality Vocational College in Suratthani Province. The research procedure
consisted of three steps as follows. Step 1 referred to the pre-implementation
assessment. The population were 36 respondents including nine administrators and
27 teachers. Data were collected by the questionnaire with a reliability of 0.89. Step
2 referred to the operation assessment during the project. The population were 198
respondents including nine administrators, 27 teachers, and 162 students. The sample
were 132 respondents, including six school board members, 18 teachers, and 108
students, selected by simple random sampling. Data were collected by the questionnaire
with a reliability of 0.80. Step 3 referred to the product assessment. The number of
population and sample were similar to Step 2. Data were collected by the questionnaire
and satisfaction questionnaire with a reliability of 0.90 and 0.85, respectively. Data
were collected by mean and standard deviation.
The research findings were as follows.1) The context assessment of the project
showed that the overall suitability was very high ranked in descending order : need
and necessity for the preparation, and suitability and feasibility of the project,
respectively. 2) The input assessment of the project showed that the overall readiness
was very high ranked in descending order : location and learning source, personnel,
material, and budget, respectively. 3) The process assessment of the project showed
that the overall performance of the context was very high. 4)The product assessment
of the project regarding knowledge about philosophy of sufficiency economy and
activity showed that the overall operation was high. In addition, the assessment of
the satisfaction towards the project showed that the satisfaction was very high.
