Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำมืออาชีพในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำมืออาชีพในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร ครูและบุคลากร จำนวน 191 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-100 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบแบบที กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำมืออาชีพในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงตามค่าเฉลี่ย คือ ด้านการฟันฝ่าปัญหาอุปสรรค ด้านการบริหารสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล ด้านการสื่อสาร ด้านการเจรจาต่อรอง ด้านการจูงใจ และด้านการแก้ปัญหาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำมืออาชีพในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จำแนกตามสถานภาพของบุคลากร โดยภาพรวม ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ "

Abstract: The purposes of this research are: 1) to study the under office of vocational commission professional leadership in the 21st of vocational education in kanchanaburi province institute's administrators. 2) to compare the under office of vocational commission professional leadership in the 21st of vocational education in kanchanaburi province institute's administrators. The sample consisted administrators teachers and education personnel, 191 in total. treated by a 5-level rating scale. The content accuracy is between 0.67-100 and questionnaire with reliability of 0.98 as a tool to collect data which were then analyzed in terms of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test at statistical signifcance of 0.05. The research results revealed that: 1) The under office of vocatioral commission professional leadership in the 21st of vocational education in kanchanaburi province institute's administrators, was overall and in each individual aspect at a high level, ranking in the order of mean from hing to low as follows; to overcome problems and obstacles, management of personal relationships, communication, negotiation, motivation and creative problem solving. 2) The comparison of under office of vocational commission professional leadership in the 21st of vocational education in kanchanaburi province institute's administrators. classified by personnel status, found no significant different."
