Value Added Products on Customer Satisfaction and Brand Loyalty Case study: The Reed Mat of Ban Rae village Tambol Rae, Phangkhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province
Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to verify the value added products on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty : case study : The reed mat of Ban Rae, Tambol Rae, Phangkhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province. A questionnaire was an instrument used to collected data from 400 consumers buying the reed mat from Ban Rae, Tambol Rae, Phangkhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province. Data were collected during the period February - March 2558. The statistics used for analyzing the data were correlation analysis and regression analysis. The result showed that the new product development, packaging development, distribution development, and promotion development branding have an effect on brand loyalty and the customer satisfaction. All the test statistics are statistically significance at the 0.05 level. All test statistics are statistically significance at the 0.05 level.
