Abstract:
Abstract The purpose of this study aimed to examine preexisting and dependent variables of personal innovative competence and the relationship between personal innovativeness variables by using Cluster Analysis method. The preexisting variables consistsof an effort expectancy while the dependent variable of personal innovativeness consists of perceived usefulness, perceived ease to use, satisfaction, and intention to use applications on mobile devices. For empirical data, the study sample consisted of 141 users of various mobile applications in Thailand. Questionnaires were used as a tool to collect data with a response rate of 35.25%. After analysis and validation, the reliability rating of Cronbach Alpha's Coefficent was 0.946. This was confirmed by analyzing the factors and coherence of models influencing efficiency in monitoring the usage of mobile applications in Thailand, which were built from empirical data with a structural equation model. The results of the correlation examination were as expected which revealed that innovativeness is an important tool in generating intention to use, perceived benefit and perception of ease of use and adjustment for consumer satisfaction. In addition, the results of this study were carried out effectively starting with participation in management theory where discussion, recommendations and conclusions for future research directions were considered.
