Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีวัตถุเสมือนจริงในการสร้างนวัตกรรม การให้บริการในฟาร์มเลี้ยงผึ้งเพื่อให้ผู้เข้าเยี่ยมชมเกิดความประทับใจ ในงานวิจัยได้แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ขั้นตอนที่ 1 คือการกำหนดปัจจัยความต้องการของลูกค้าจากการเข้าเยี่ยมชมฟาร์มผึ้ง เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลมาพัฒนา เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 200 ชุด ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สร้างเนื้อหาดิจิทัล (ฉบับภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ) จากผลในขั้นที่ 1 และพัฒนาโซลูชั่นจากเทคโนโลยีวัตถุเสมือนจริง ขั้นตอนที่ 3 สร้างแผ่นพับแนะนำและแบบสอบถาม 200 ชุดเพื่อให้ลูกค้าทดลองใช้งาน และประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อโซลูชั่นที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่ามีปัจจัย 6 ปัจจัยที่ลูกค้าต้องการเรียงจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ น้ำผึ้งป่า น้ำผึ้งลิ้นจี่ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับผึ้ง อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม และผลิตภัณฑ์จากน้ำผึ้ง และสำหรับความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าต่อการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีวัตถุเสมือนจริง หลังจากใช้งานในสภาพจริงพบว่า รายการที่ลูกค้ามีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุดจำนวน 5 รายการจากจำนวนทั้งหมด 11 รายการ เรียงจากมากไปหาน้อยได้แก่ สามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่าย การตอบสนองอย่างรวดเร็ว เป็นโซลูชันที่ดี สามารถนำไปใช้กับสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวอื่น ๆ และความพึงพอใจ โดยรวม จากผลการวิจัยอาจกล่าวได้ว่าลูกค้ามีพึงพอใจกับนวัตกรรมบริการด้วยเทคโนโลยีวัตถุ เสมือนจริงในฟาร์มผึ้ง ซึ่งสามารถนำมาใช้ประยุกต์กับสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวอื่นๆ ได้

Abstract: The objective of this research was to apply Augmented Reality solution in providing information for service innovation in order to attract more customers to Supha Bee Farm. The research was divided into 3 steps; Step 1 was about determining the most popular api-tourism factors to develop AR solution at the bee farm. 200 questionnaires were distributed to the bee farm visitors. In step 2, digital contents (Thai version and English version) were created based on the results of step 1 and Augmented Reality solution was developed at the bee farm. In step 3, 200 brochures and questionnaires were created and distributed to the visitors to monitor their satisfactionon a solution as setvice innovation. The results found that there were 6 popular factors that customers were looking for: longan honey, wild honey, lychee honey, bee knowledge, foods and drinks, and honey production. As for customers' satisfaction in using AR solution after implementing, results found 5 Items which were recommended as being strongly satisfying. They were, ease of access, quick responses, good solutions, can be applied to other tourist destinations and overall satisfaction. The results showed that customers satisfaction (strongly satisfy) on the service innovation with AR solution can be applied to another tourist destinations.
