Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเทศบาล ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 365 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .95 และแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที และการทดสอบเอฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความต้องการของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเทศบาล ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุดคือ ด้านการจัดบริการนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. จากการเปรียบเทียบความต้องการของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเทศบาลในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวดอุบลราชธานี จำแนกตามเพศ อาชีพของผู้ปกครอง และระดับการศึกษาพบว่า ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มากที่สุดได้แก่เพศหญิง จำนวน 38 คน อายุ 31-40 ปี จำนวน 22 คน ระดับการศึกษา ต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี จำนวน 33 คน อาชีพเกษตรกร จำนวน 171 คน 3. ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเทศบาลในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวดอุบลราชธานี พบว่า 1) ด้านการจัดประสบการณ์และกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ควรมีการพัฒนาศักยภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้เหมาะสมกับวัย และมีการใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอนที่หลากหลายเพื่อเพิ่มพัฒนาการของผู้เรียน 2) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม จัดสภาพให้เหมาะสมกับการเรียนการสอนและมีความปลอดภัยต่อผู้เรียน 3) ด้านการจัดบริการนักเรียน การจัดบริการรับส่ง-ส่ง นักเรียน ให้ครอบคลุมในเขตพื้นที่บริการ และ 4) ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับผู้ปกครอง ควรมีการสร้างเครือข่ายผู้ปกครองนักเรียน โดยการสร้างเครือข่ายผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ The purpose of this research was to study the needs of parents in managing early childhood education of the Child Development Center. In the area of Warin Chamrap District Ubon Ratchathani The sample group used in the research was parents, students, small children development center, municipality. In the area of Warin Chamrap District Ubon Ratchathani Province, amount 365 people. The instrument used in this research was a 5 rating scale questionnaire with reliability equal to .95 and open-ended questionnaire.
