Abstract:
This research is intended to 1) Study the status, potential and needs school literacy development 2) Develop tools for managing learning and assessing literacy skills 3) Develop effective and appropiated learning management innovation 4) Develop a network-driven mechanism system by the target schools, can upgrade to a learning center. Target schools are schools in Nan province, 6, Phrae 15 and Uttaradit 6, including 27 schools. By using the research concept of University engagement. The tools used are survey forms, problems and needs for school read-out development, Report form for production of innovative develop of literacy, promote healthliteracy and evaluation form using innovative to develop literacy skills, promote health literacy. Data analysis used content analysis and statistics are frequency and percentage . The research found that 1) The target group of 27 schools with a total of 2,627 students. Before starting the project, 78.94 percent of the students were able to read and write, after joining the project, the number of students reading increased by 87.64 percent. 2) Creatinginnovativedeveloping literacy, promoting health literacy target schools produce the most tales booklets, followed by hand made book/pop-up. 3) Using innovative of school used, used in family and used in communities the most popular innovative from students, are stories booklets, produce the most tales, followed by popup and electronics media. 4) The network-driven mechanism in the schools target group has the main network namely the schools, parents,communities, and the University.
