Abstract: การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาองค์ความรู้การบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรร่วมชุมชนบ้านกองพระทราย ตำบลปะคำ อำเภอปะคำ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ 2. เพื่อค้นหารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรร่วม เพื่อพัฒนาเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ชุมชนบ้านกองพระทราย ตำบลปะคำ อำเภอปะคำ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก สนทนากลุ่ม การเดินสำรวจ และการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม ผลการศึกษา พบว่า องค์ความรู้การบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรร่วมชุมชนบ้านกองพระทราย ได้แก่ 1 องค์ความรู้ภายในชุมชน คือ ผู้นำชุมชน ภูมิปัญญาเกษตรผสมผสาน ความสามัคคี การฝึกอบรม การศึกษาดูงาน เป็นต้น 2. องค์ความรู้ภายนอก คือ นโยบายรัฐบาล การสนับสนับจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ กระแสการส่งเสริมปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เป็นต้น ชุมชนบ้านกองพระทรายเป็นหนึ่งในชุมชนที่ได้ร่วมกันพัฒนาพื้นที่สาธารณะ 15 ไร่ บ้านกองพระทรายเป็นหนึ่งในชุมชนที่ได้ร่วมกันพัฒนาพื้นที่สาธารณะ 15 ไร่ ในฐานะทรัพยากรร่วมกลายเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ชุมชน ได้แก่ การบริหารจัดการน้ำ การทำเกษตรผสมผสาน การทำปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ชีวภาพ และการปลูกหญ้าแฝก เป็นต้น ปัจจุบันชุมชนได้ขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มเกษตรกรตำบลปะคำ นับเป็นหนึ่งในชุมชนที่ใช้พลังการเรียนรู้ จนเกิดผลการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

Abstract: The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the knowledge of joint resource management of Ban Kongprasai, Pakam Sub District, Pakam District, Buriram Province, and 2) to search for a form of Common-Pool Resources model to develop as a learning center of Ban Kongprasai, Pakam Sub District, Pakam District, Buriram Province. The data were collected through In-depth interview, group discussion, survey walking, and participatory observation. The study revealed that the knowledge of joint resource management of Ban Kongprasai consisted of: 1) The body of knowledge within the community included the community leader, mixed agricultural wisdom, unity, training, study visit, etc. and 2) External knowledge came from govern-ment policy, support from government agencies, trend of promoting sufficiency economy phi-losophy, etc. Ban Kongprasai community is one of the communities that has jointly developed a public area of 15 rai as a shared resource to become a community learning resource for as water management, integrated farming, Bio-organic fertilizer, planting vetiver grass, etc. At present, the community is registered as a community enterprise under the Pakam Sub District Farmer Group. It is one of the communities that has employed the power of learning until resulting in a concrete change.
