Abstract: The purpose of this research is to 1. Investigate the situation of Thai children in many professions, from using Developmental Surveillance and Promotion Manual (DSPM) and study Executive Function (Executive Function) 2. They are knowledge development creating instruments and indicators of Thai children's development and methods of delivering them by extracting knowledge from Developmental Surveillance and Promotion Manual (DSPM) and creating a measure of Executive Function (EF). This research is to develop knowledge by extracting knowledge from the Developmental Surveillance and Promotion Manual (DSPM) and Executive Function (EF). The researcher then presented the extracted knowledge to 30 experts to certify the effectiveness and quality of the data, consisting of: To ensure quality of Executive Function Indicator (EF), To ensure the quality of information extraction of Developmental Surveillance and Promotion Manual (DSPM) which partially help to develop Executive Function (EF). And ensure the quality of merged information of DSPM and Executive Function (EF). In the presentation and assurance of the quality of data extraction, the opinions of the experts are quite similar. that the extracted knowledge has an acceptable and good quality effect, which can be further developed as a body of knowledge in the development of tools to identify and promote quality child development
