Abstract:
The purposes of research were 1) To study the state and problems of non-formal education management of education institution under office of non-formal and informal education, Nan province. 2) To study suggest of Non-formal education management of education institution under office of Non-formal and Informal education, Nan province. The populations were the teacher of schools under office of non-formal and informal education, Nan province, acquired by assign sample size of Krejcie and Morgan using of Stratified Random Sampling, totaling 144 people. The estimation was at 5 levels with a confidence value of 0.88. Analyze data the state and problems of non-formal education management of education institution is Mean and Standard deviation. Analyze data the suggestion of Non-formal education management of education institution by Content analysis. The results that : 1) the the state of non-formal education management of education institution, whole was at high level. Considering each aspect; it was found that, organizing learning have maximum average, followed by Management and Adhesion evaluate and reporting have lowest average. 2) the problems of non-formal education management of education institution, whole was at medium level. Considering each aspect; it was found that, Adhesion evaluate and reporting have maximum average and Participation have lowest average.
