Abstract:
The research purposes: To study conflicts managing within schools of school administrators. To compare Conflicts managing within schools of school administrators Under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Lampang, Lamphun, which they were classified by gender, highest educational qualification, and work experiences. The sample group used in this research were educational institute administrators, deputy directors of the school in the 2021 acadernic year. The researcher calculated the sample size according to purposive sampling quantity 80 people. The research instrument was a statistical questionnaire used to analyze the data including percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test and F-test. The results that conflict management compromise had the highest, followed by cooperation, while the side with the lowest mean was on winning. The results of the comparison of school administrators under the district office Secondary education area, Lampang, Lamphun with gender, highest educational qualification, and work experience. There were no significant differences in opinions on conflict management at the level 0.05.
