Abstract:
The research purposes was to study the developmnent of core competencies that affect the performance of sports school teachers, according to the opinions of administrators and teachers, and to compare the development of core competencies that affect the performance of sports school teachers, according to the opinions of administrators and teachers of sports schools, Under the National Sports University. Classified by status the population in this study. The research population were: administrators and teachers, the sample size was calculated to represent the population using Krejcie and Morgan (1970) calculations, quantity 175 persons. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation Analysis to test each hypothesis as follows. Analysis of the relationship between personal factors use: T-test, F-test. The sample were males, 56.00%, highest educational qualification, bachelor's degree, 76.00%, teachers, 93.14%, this one had 6 to 10 years of working experience, 42.86%. The respondents had their opinions on the core competency managemnent of sports school teachers, Affiliated with the National Sports University at a high level. Mean 4.59. The results that Personnel's status consisted of sex, highest educational qualification, position, and different work experiences, influenced opinions about the core competency management of sports school teachers, Under the National Sports University. The difference was at the level of statistically significant at 0.05.
