Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) To study the conflict management of educational institute administrators in the Thai United Campus under the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office; Sutthinthai campus under the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office Classified by educational level and work experience. The sample group used in this research were 10 school administrators and teachers of the United Campus, Sutthinthai group. Under the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Academic Year 2021 consisted of 210 people, totaling 220 people. The research instrument used was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. The statistics in the analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, use statistics to find the value of the Oneway ANOVA. In case a significant difference was found, the pairwise comparison using the Scheffes test was made.
