Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตสุดถิ่นไทย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตสุดถิ่นไทย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 10 คนและครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตสุดถิ่นไทย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 210 คน รวมเป็นจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 220 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การแจกแจง ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมุติฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One–way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่างใช้วิธีการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ตามวิธีของเซฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตสุดถิ่นไทย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการร่วมมือ 2) การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตสุดถิ่นไทย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา โดยรวมพบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตสุดถิ่นไทย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตสุดถิ่นไทย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยรวมพบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานแตกต่างกัน มีการบริหารความขัดแย้งด้านการเอาชนะ ด้านการร่วมมือ ด้านการประนีประนอม ด้านการหลีกเลี่ยง และด้านการยอมให้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract: The objectives of this research were: 1) To study the conflict management of educational institute administrators in the Thai United Campus under the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office; Sutthinthai campus under the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office Classified by educational level and work experience. The sample group used in this research were 10 school administrators and teachers of the United Campus, Sutthinthai group. Under the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Academic Year 2021 consisted of 210 people, totaling 220 people. The research instrument used was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. The statistics in the analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, use statistics to find the value of the One–way ANOVA. In case a significant difference was found, the pairwise comparison using the Scheffe’s test was made. The results of the research showed that 1The conflict management of the school administrators in Sutthinthai consortium under the secondary educational service area Chiang Rai overall, it was at a high level in all aspects. when considering each aspect, It was found that the aspect with the highest mean was the cooperation aspect. 2) Comparison of the conflict management of the school administrators in Sutthinthai consortium under the secondary educational service area Chiang Rai Classified by educational level. Overall, it was found that school administrators and teachers with different educational levels There are opinions about the conflict management of the school administrators.
