Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงพฤติกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงพฤติกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตาม ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 ซึ่งได้จากการคำนวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้กำหนดไว้ในตารางกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 310 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงพฤติกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยมีค่าความตรงของแบบสอบถามระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (T-test Independent Sample) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนใช้สถิติ F-test (One way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่าง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และหาแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่โดยใช้วิธีของเชพเฟ่ (Scheffe's method) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงพฤติกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงพฤติกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตาม ระดับการศึกษา พบว่า พฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบมุ่งความสัมพันธ์ มีความเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ภาวะผู้นำเชิงพฤติกรรมแบบสายกลาง พฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบทีมพฤติกรรมผู้นำที่มุ่งผลผลิต และพฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบตามสบาย มีความเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่า มีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงพฤติกรรมผู้นำที่มุ่งผลผลิต แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 มีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมแบบสายกลาง พฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบทีม พฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบมุ่งความสัมพันธ์ และพฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบตามสบาย มีความเห็นไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract: This study The purpose is to study behavioral leadership of school administrators in elementary schools. Under the Office of Chiang Rai Educational Service Area 2 and to compare behavioral leadership of school administrators in elementary schools Under the Office of Chiang Rai Educational Service Area 2. The samples used in the study were school administrators in elementary schools. Under the Office of Chiang Rai Educational Service Area 2, which was obtained by opening the Krejcie & Morgan table and Stratified Random Sampling by school in each district And simple random methods About of teachers 310 people.The tool used for collecting data was a rating estimation questionnaire.The validity of the questionnaire was between 0.67-1.00 and the questionnaire's confidence value was 0.97. Data were analyzed using statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. T-test F-test And one-way analysis of variance. The results of this research found that. 1) Behavioral Leadership of School Administrators In elementary school Under the Office of Chiang Rai Educational Service Area 2, as a whole and in each level at a high level 2) From the comparison of behavioral leadership of school administrators in elementary schools. Under the Office of Chiang Rai Educational Service Area 2 Classified by educational level, Relationship-oriented leadership behavior there was a statistically significant difference in opinion at the 0.05 level. Moderate behavioral leaders, Team leader behavior, Productive leadership behavior and comfortable leadership behavior are not different. Classified by work experience, Productive leadership behavior there was a statistically significant difference in opinion at the 0.05 level. Relationship-oriented leadership behavior, Moderate behavioral leaders, Team leader behavior and comfortable leadership behavior are not different.
