The Relationship between Leadership Behavior of School Administrators and Effectiveness of Educational Institutions Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study of leadership behavior of school administrators 2) to study the effectiveness of schools and 3) to study the relationship between leadership of school administrators and school effectiveness. The sample group in this research was teachers of total 311 people. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire with reliability value of 0.97. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results that: 1) The overall and individual aspects of the leadership behavior of school administrators under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high average. Namely: success-oriented aspect, participative aspect, and supportive aspect. 2) The school effectiveness under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level. Namely: learner quality aspect, community aspect, and learning management aspect. 3) The Relationship between leadership behavior of school administrators and school effectiveness under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 overall and individual aspect had a positive correlation high level with statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
