Abstract:
ABSTRACT
This research aimed to 1) study the components of secondary teachers collaborative working; 2) develop the teachers collaborative working model in secondary school in the Northeast of Thailand; and 3) evaluate the secondary teacher collaborative working model. This study consisted of three stages. In the first stage, the study of the components of secondary teachers collaborative working by documentary analysis, multi-case study and create preliminary collaborative working model. The key informants were 20 administrators, teachers, students and civilians from 4 good practices secondary schools in the Northeast of Thailand. The second stage, the development of secondary teachers collaborative working model. Then, operation is done by the connoisseurship to evaluate the proposal model. Nine experts were included in the connoisseurship. The third stage, the creation of manual and model implementation in a secondary school and evaluation by 20 collaborative practices. The research tools were; 1) document analysis forms 2) semi-structure Interview and connoisseurship proceeding for collaborative working model evaluation. The obtained ata were analyzed by using content analysis, mean score, and standard deviation.
The finding of the study revealed that;
1. Collaborative working model of teachers in secondary schools in the Northeast of Thailand consisted of 5 main components namely: 1) practitioner, 2) management, 3) procedure and interaction, 4) support, and 5) context. The 15 sub-components, and 80 indicators included; 1) the practitioner consists of 3 sub-components and 9 indicators; 2) the management consists of 5 sub-components and 21 indicators relational theory; 3) the work process and interaction process consists of 5 sub-components and 22 indicators factors effort; 4) the supporting consists of one sub-component and 5 indicators, and 5) the context consists of 2 sub-components and 20 indicators.
2. The results of the study state how to develop collaborative working model for teacher from the multi-case study were conceived by high expertise in education and educators connoisseurship also at the high level. When each aspect was taken into consideration; the findings are presented within the appropriateness, feasibility, and utility mean score were higher than 50. The utility was the highest means. The conclusion information from connoisseurship operation are atmosphere for teachers collaboration, safety health and environmental school indicators were adding. So the 5 components, the 15 sub-components, and the 80 indicators of collaborative working model for teacher in secondary school were agreement.
3. The results of the components and indicators of luminaries at the implementing assessment showed that the collaborative working model for teacher suggests that likelihood of success with collaborations conceived by research studied, high expertise in education and educators. When the specific criterion was taken into consideration the average value was more than 3.51. The results of the components and indicators of luminaries at the implementing assessment showed that the appropriateness, feasibility, and utility agreement overall, all luminaries at the high level.
