Abstract:
The purposes of this research is to study the organizational health of child development center of local administrative organizations in Chae Hom, Lampang. And to compare the organizational health according to the opinions of personnel in child development centers, classified by educational background and work experience. The simple group used in this research is personnel in child development centers. The samples wear 103 persons. Selected by Krejcie and Morgan's. The tool in this process was a five rating scale by Index of item Objectives Congruence (IOC) between the question and the content of 0.60-1.00 and by using Alpha Coefficient to get reliability level of the questionnaire equals to 0.98. The statistical treatment were used Mean, Frequency, Standard Deviation and comparative analysis of One-way ANOVA. The findings were as follows: 1) The organizational health of child development center of local administrative organizations in Chae Hom, Lampang. In 6 aspects were found that overall and each aspect were at a high level. With a descending average: 1.1) Management leadership 2) Executive Influence 1.3) Teacher Coexistence 1.4) Honor of Child Development Center 1.5) Resource Support and 1.6) Academic Focus 2) Compare the organizational health of child development center according to the opinions of personnel in child development centers. Which classified by educational background and work experience, were
found that was no different.
