Psychological Characteristics of School Administrators Affecting The Effectiveness of School in Dokkamtai, Phayao. under The Office of Phayao Primary Educational Service Area 1
Abstract:
The objectives of this study were: 1) to study the Psychological Characteristics of School Administrators in Dokkamntai, Phayao. Under the Office of Phayao Primary Educational Service Area 1, 2) to study the Effectiveness of School in Dokkamtai, Phayao. Under the Office of Phayao Primary Educational Service Area 1, and 3) to study the Psychological Characteristics of School Administrators Affecting the Effectiveness of School in Dokkamtai, Phayao. Under the Office of Phayao Primary Educational Service Area 1. The population used in the study was Government Teachers with a sample of quantitative research cases was drawn of 136, a questionnaire was as a tool to collect data. The assessed for its content validity by using the Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC) is 0.67-1.00 and 0.89 is reliability. The statistics used were percentage, mean and standard division (S.D.), and was analyzing by Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The research results revealed that: 1) the levels of Psychological Characteristics as perceived by Government Teachers were overall at a high level. 2) the Effectiveness as perceived by Government Teachers was overall at a high level. 3) the Psychological Characteristics of School Administrators affecting the Effectiveness of School as perceived by Government Teachers; Psychology Mind, Creating Mind, and Ethical Mind was a positive relationship and statistically significant at .05 level., to Predictive Equation could be constructed in Unstandardized Score: = 0.134 (X3) + 0.129 (X5) +3.209 and Standardized Score: = 0.306 (Z3) + 0.215 (Z5).
