Abstract:
The objectives of the study were: 1) to study of school administrators about promoting proactive learning management, the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3. 2) to compare the role of school administrators about promoting proactive learning managemnent, the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3 classified by gender, age, highest educational background and working experience of respondents. A sample was selected from Teachers in the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3 consisted 317 people. The data collecting instrumonts were The 5-level estimation questionnaire, Statistical analyses were enumeration, frequency value, percentage value, mean, standard deviation and used to analyze the one-way variance. And do the test for the differences for each pair by the Scheffe's method. The findings indicated that 1) Teachers' Opinions on the Role of School Administrators in Promoting Proactive Learning Management Under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3, in general had a high level of practice. 2) The results of comparing teachers' opinions on the role of school administrators in promoting proactive learning management. Under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3. Classified by gender and highest educational background were significantly different at the 0.01 level. And classified by age and working experience were significantly different at the 0.05 level.
