Abstract:
The objectives of this independent study were 1) to study innovative leadership of school administrators of educational opportunity extended school in Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province, and 2) to compare the innovative leadership of school administrators of educational opportunity extended school in Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province, classified by age, work experience, and educational level. The sample of this study was 185 school administrators, teachers and educational personnel, obtained by using Yamane's formula, then simple sampling by drawing lots. Five-rating scale questionnaire was used as a research instrument. Content validity of the test as shown by the IOC index ranged from 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability rating of 0.91. Data were analyzed using statistics, including frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA and a pairwise comparison through the Scheffe's method. The results of this study indicated as follows: 1) Overall innovative leadership of school administrators of educational opportunity extended school in Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province was at a high level. 2) The respondents with different age, work experience, and educational level had indifferent l innovative leadership with a statistical significance level of 0.05.
