Abstract:
This purpose of this research was to study and compare the condition of building management and environment of basic educational institutions under The Secondary Education Service Area Office 36. The sample group were consisted of the school administrators, head of the School Facilities Department and teachers. were obtained by using the sample size criterion according to the Krejcie and Morgan, 1970 and stratified sampling according to the size of an educational. The data collecting instrument was a questionnaire on the rating scale of 5 levels and Index of Itern-Objective Congruence of all questionnaires between 0.67-1.00 and confidence value of 0.916. The data was analyzed by means and standard deviation. (Standard Deviation). The statistics used were the F - test (One-Way ANOVA). The results of the study found that 1) the condition of the building administration and environment of the basic educational institutions. In total, 5 areas were in the high level. 2) The comparison of the administrative condition of the building, site and environment of the basic educational institutions under the Secondary Education Area Office 36 classified by school size. In terms of utilization of buildings and the environment.
