The Relationship between the Academic Leadership of School Administrators and Professional Learning Community of Huai Khai Network Center School under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study 1) Academic Leadership, 2) the status of being a professional learning community, and 3) the relationship between Academnic Leadership of school administrators and professional learning community of Huai Khrai Network Center School under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample used in this research was 103 school administrators and teachers at Huai Khrai Network School under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the academic year 2020. The instruments for collecting data was a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by means of frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson's Product Moment, and the construction of multiple regression equation for prediction. The result of the research were as follow: 1) The overall of the academic leadership level Academic leadership level of professional school administrators Huai Khrai Network Center under the Office of Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area 2 was at a high level 2) The overall of state of being a community learning professional school administrators Huai Khrai Network Center under the Office of Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area 2 was at a high level. 3) The analize of the relationship between the Academic Leadership of school administrators and Professional Learning Community of Huai Khrai Network Center under the Office of Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area 2 with Pearson's Product Moment were related with Academic Leadership of school administrators and professional learning community on the position direction with statistically significant at 0.01
