Abstract:
The objectives of the research were: to analyze the educational management policies for underprivileged children domestically and internationally using Documentary Analysis of which the results were: On the educational management policies between Thailand and foreign countries, there were six differences in the aspects of policies, namely: educational administration and development, the policies for integrated teaching and learning management ,budgeting, collaborations among stakeholders when perfoming classroom learning management and activities. Whilst, the policy differences between Thailand and foreign countries lied in management in the chains of command, environment, facililities, personnel and budgeting aspect.
