The Creative Leadership of School Administrators and Administration of Learning Process Development in Schools under Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of the creative leadership of School Administrators 2) to study the level of administration of learning process development in Schools, 3) to compare the creative leadership of school administrators, 4)to compare the administration of learning process development in Schools, 5) to study the relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and administration of learning process development in Schools, and 6) to analyze suggestions about the creative leadership of school administrators and administration of learning process development in schools under Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample used in the research was a group of 348 school administrators and teachers under Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 Selected by using the Taro Yamane formula (Yamane, 1973). The tool used was a questionnaire which consisted of 4 parts of questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were : percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-Test and test F-Test. When there was different, it would be tested by Scheffes Method and Pearson's correlation coefficient.
The results of the research were as follows:
1. The creative leadership of school administrators under Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as a whole and in each aspect was at ahigh level.
2. The administration of learning process development in schools under Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as a whole and in each aspect was at ahigh level.
3. The comparison of the creative leadership of school administrator under Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by variables of gender, position working experience and size of schools. In overall are no different.
4. The comparison of administration of learning process development in Schools under Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 Variables by gender, position experience and size of schools. In overall are no different.
5. The relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and administration of learning process development in schools. In overall were statistically significant differences at .01 which a positive relationship in a high level.
6. The compilation of suggestions of the creative Leadership of school administrators and administration of learning process development in schools found that Administrators should stimulate teachers to be motivated on their perform. should listen to the opinions of teachers and personnel in schools and allow opportunities for new approaches to
