Abstract:
This study cross-sectional descriptive research. The aims were to study personal factor, perceived factor, influencing factor related to decision for cervical cancer screening and the factors affecting related to receiving cervical cancer screening services of Tai Lue women in Sridonchai Subdistrict, Chiang Khong District, Chiang Rai province. The sample size was 233 determined by using Tarot Yamane's formula. Select the villages with 90% Tai Lue population, consisting of 4 villages. Find the sample proportion to the population of each village. Randomly selected by random sampling use the lottery from the list of populations in the population control list for each ethnic village. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire to find the consistency of the tools equal to 0.84. The confidence value was used by the KR20 formula with the reliability equal 0.766. Find out the reliability of the questionnaire using the Cronbach's Alpha formula. Gain confidence the cognitive factor questionnaire was 0. 828 and the influence factor questionnaire for cervical cancer screening service was 0. 782. The statistics used for data analysis are enumeration, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and logistic regression analysis. The results revealed that contraception and the perceived benefits of cervical cancer screening, perceived self-efficacy in cervical cancer screening, and the influence factors of interpersonal relations affecting the cervical cancer screening service of the target group with statistical significance at the level of 0.05 (p-value = 0.006, 0.001, < 0.001 and 0.014 respectively). As for other studied factors No significant cervical cancer screening was found.
