The relationship between creative leadership of school administrators and operation of internal supervision in schools under buriram secondary educational service area office
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the creative leadership of school administrators under Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area Office, 2) study the operation of internal supervision in schools under Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area Office; and 3) study the relationship between creative leadership of school administrators and operation of internal supervision in schools under Buriram Secondary Education Service Area Office. The sample was 350 teachers under Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area Office, selected
by using the table of Krejcie and Morgan. Proportional stratified random sampling technique was
also employed according to school size. The instrument used for collecting the data was 5 - point
rating scale questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire in terms of creative leadership
of school administrators was 0.98 and 0.97 for the operation of internal supervision in schools.
The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and
Pearson's correlation coefficient.
The results showed that:
1. The creative leadership of school administrators under Buriram Secondary Education
Service Area Office in overall and each aspect was at a high level.
2. The internal supervision operation in schools under Buriram Secondary Education
Service Area Office in overall and each aspect was at a high level.
3. The relationship between creative leadership of school administrators and
the operation of internal supervision in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office
Buriram in overall was found to have a high positive correlation with statistically significant
at the .01 level.
