Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the learning achievement of grade 10 students in physics on work and energy using active learning before and after learning with 70 percent criterion. 2) study the analytical thinking of grade 10 students in physics on work and energy using active learning before and after learning with 70 percent criterion. The sample was one classroom consisted of 44 tenth-grade students from Darasamutr School in the second semester of 2020 using cluster random sampling. The research instruments were active learning lesson plan, learning achievement in physics test, analytical thinking in physics test. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were means, standard deviation, dependent sample t-test and one-sample t-test. The results findings were summarized as follows: 1. The learning achievement scores of grade 10 students in physics on work and energyusing active learning after learning was higher than before learning and significantly higher than 70 percent criterion at .05 level. 2. The analytical thinking scores of grade 10 students in physics on work and energyusing active learning after learning was higher than before learning and significantly higher than 70 percent criterion at .05 level.
