Abstract:
This study aimed to study the work motivation of officers, Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok, Bangphra Campus, and to compare the work motivation of offices, Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok, Bangphra Campus, classified by gender, age, education level, under the agency and operational experience, the population was 341 officers, the research tool was questionnaire, data analysis with descriptive or basic statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, hypothesis testing using inference statistics such as t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Post-hoc Comparison by LSD. The results found that: officers Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok, Bangphra Campus, most of them were female, aged between 31-40 years, had a bachelors degree, under the Office of the President and had more 4 years of working experience; the work motivation of officers, Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok, Bangphra Campus, in overall was at a high level, when considering each aspect, it was found that the responsibility was the highest level, followed by the relationships with colleagues and supervisors, the success in work, the job characteristics, the policy/ planning and administration, the recognition, the job security, the operational conditions, the job advancement 'and the compensation and benefits were the lowest level; the results of the hypothesis testing found that the officers of Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok, Bangphra Campus with different genders had no different motives in their work, but officers of different ages found significantly different motivations in the success in work and the responsibility at the level of 0.05, officers of different educational levels were found significant different motivations in the success in work, the job characteristics, the responsibility, the policy/ planning and administration at the level of 0.05, officers of different.
