Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to develop the training roadmap of human resource staff at an Air conditioning company in Samut Prakan Province by need assessment research. The questionnaires were used to gather the data from 17 human resources staffs about 13 human resources training courses. The training courses consisted of 2 sections that are management section and specific technical section. For data analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Priority Needs Index (PNI) were employed. The finding showed the first priority of management training needs of human resource staff was English language course, followed by communication and coordination course, and discipline/ responsibility course; their PNI values were 0.50, 0.33, 0.07 respectively. In addition, the training need analysis of specific techniques found the first priority of specific techniques of human resource staff was document and data management course, followed by interview technique course and recruitment course, with the PNI of 0.73 and 0.01 respectively.
