Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study and to compare the guidelines for the implementation of educational institution curriculum in the 21st century, Catholic School, Ubon Ratchathani Diocese. lassified by position, educational background, and experience Sample group used in this research The sample consisted of 80 administrators and 112 teachers, totaling 192 people. The sample size was determined by using the Krejcie and Morgan table by stratified sampling according to the size of the school. The instrument used was a 5 rating scale questionnaire with the reliability of .96 version. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and value. Standard deviation And the t-test and F - test and the comparison of the mean pair by Scheffe method.

The research findings were as follows:

Diocese of Ubon Ratchathani It was found that administrators and teachers with different positions had different opinions at statistical significance of .05. Regarding educational qualifications and work experiences, there were no differences in opinions.
3. Guidelines for development and promotion of school curriculum administration in the 21st century, Catholic schools of the Diocese of Ubon Ratchathani are the following: The preparation of the study is to bring awareness to the people appointing a working committee and personnel to have knowledge and understanding of the curriculum. In the aspect of educational institution curriculum, it is recommended that all personnel in the educational institution jointly create the curriculum, involving the administrative department, teachers, parents and community, and should develop the curriculum focus on modern technology. The planning of the curriculum, including a plan to improve the quality of education that respond to the development of learners and plan together to use the curriculum to meet the actual local conditions. The implementation of the Program, including planning, program implementation, clear steps and teachers design, learning programs and activities used in teaching in line with the problems and needs of the community and local authorities. The supervision, monitoring and evaluation, including a calendar for implementation, supervision and evaluation of the persistence of learning every semester is clear and properly implemented by using various techniques and methods.
