Instructional leadership of administrator affecting internal quality assurance of schools under Ubon Ratchathani primary educational service area office 4
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the Instructional Leadership of school administrators; 2) Internal quality assurance of schools; 3) the relationship between instructional leadership of school administrators and internal quality assurance of schools; 4) construct predictive equations of their instructional leadership of school administrators and internal quality assurance of schools. The sample consisted 306 of school administrators and teachers, obtained using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The instrument used was a scale assessed the instructional leadership of school administrators and internal quality assurance of schools with discriminating powers ranging from .43.81 and the reliability was .97. The statistical devices used in this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient and Stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results of the research were as follows:
1. The instructional leadership of school administrators in school in overall and specific are in high level.
2. Implementation of the internal quality assurance of schools in overall and specific are in high level.
3. The relationship between the Instructional Leadership of school administrators and internal quality assurance of schools were positively at the .01 level of significant.
4. There were five good predictive variables of the instructional leadership of school administrators in order of significance, namely: the aspect of teacher development(X4), learning environment(X5), the vision, mission and goals of the school(X1), the administration management of curriculum and instruction(X2), the student development (X3), all of these were able to predict the internal quality assurance of schools 76.70 percent and could write predictive equation as the follows;
