Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the state of Administration 2) to compare the opinion classified by gender, position and working experience 3) to study the problem and Chinese instructional management in Schools under Local Administrative Organization, Ubon Ratchathani classified by gender, position and working experience. A sample was selected from the population of the schools director, heads of Foreign Languages Department and Chinese teachers consist of 193 people. There were 2 research instruments: 1) a questionnaire form consisting of 5 Rating Scale found that the Confidence full Reliability was at .87 2) an interview form. The data was analyzed by using basic statistics of percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T-test and F-test.
The findings:
1. The opinions of the samples toward Chinese instructional management in schools under the Local Administrative Organization, Ubon Ratchathani were overall at the highest level.
2. The comparing of the opinion found that overall and specific point from the samples opinion were not different.
3. The problem and Chinese instructional management in Schools showed as follows:
3.1 The curriculum management section should always prepare the training course in curriculum management and implementation along with the monitoring and curriculum evaluation.
3.2 The learning management section should support the seminar for teachers to enhance their abilities on teaching before the semester started. Also the class should focus on Childrens center and more active learning tasks for students.
3.3 Academic supporting activities should conform to the students needed and permit the students opportunity on academic event or competition.
3.4 The measurement and evaluation of learning outcome should has a meeting for discussing and evaluating the Chinese teaching management along with analyzing the learning outcome every time.
