Abstract:
This quantitative research is interested in organization commitment of the staffs in Ubonrathchathanee University, which comprise with Ubonrathchathanee University, UbonRathchathaneeRajabhat University, The Eastern University of Management and Technology and Ratchthanee University. The questionnaire was used to collect 329 respondents from staffs of these university. The statistical analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and correlation. The results present that the mean of organization commitment (OC) is high level for all component at 3.98 (SD =.57).The mean of each components in terms of affirmative commitment (Ac) shows 4.12 (SD .62), continuance commitment (Cc) is lowest at 3.79 (SD .67) and normative commitment (Nc) is 4.05 (SD .69). The mean difference of personal factors, separated by gender demonstrated no statistically significant difference to organizational commitment at .05 (t = -.686, Sig .172). Besides, the relationship between the variables of organizational commitment such as affirmative commitment related directly and significantly in the same direction to continuance commitment and normative commitment at .01 (r = 6.52, .639), respectively.
