Abstract:
This qualitative research is to study the opinion of importers on the service after customs clearance, Pakse customs house, Champasak province, Lao People's Democratic Republic. Document research analysis and In-depth interview from target group, were used. Key informants are the administrators and manager of 4 importer companies from Thailand. The researcher informed invitation letter, consent from and interview question to interview participants earlier 7 days. The collecting data of the participants were recorded by tape recorder before concluded keywords and theme. The results revealed that service quality of the importer who used the service of customs clearance, Pakse customs house, Champasak province, Lao People's Democratic Republic, in terms of tangible and reliability at 75%. Besides, service quality on responsibility and assurance, the importers expressed satisfy for all services at 100%.
