Abstract:
The objective of this research is to study the parents opinion on English language learning in Myanmar, by collecting 300 samples of the parents in Myanmar. The research results reveal that the mean of parents opinion on English language learning are high level for all components, particular in terms of English language learning attitude at 3.71 (SD = 0.27), and English language learning motivation at 3.66 (SD = .031). The mean difference of parents opinion, separated by age, income, English language experience, contributed statistically significant difference at .05. The mean difference in term of gender and career demonstrated no statistically significant difference. Besides, the parents opinion in English language learning and motivation and attitude of English language learning, related moderately in the same direction statistically significant at .01.
