Abstract:
This quantitative research targeted the study of service quality perception of financial and asset department, primary educational service area office, Srisaket 1. The samples of this research were 357 respondents of the staffs in primary educational service area office, Srisaket 1. The statistical analysis are mean, percentage, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance (F-test). The results can be concluded that the most of the respondents are female, over 46 years of age, bachelor and master degree, 15,001-25,000 income per month and teachers or assistance teachers. The mean of service quality perception of financial and asset department, primary educational service area office 1, is high level. Moreover, the mean difference, separated by age, income and work position, contributed statistically significant difference at .05 to perception of service quality perceptionof financial and asset department. The mean difference, separated by gender, education also contributed no statistically significant difference at .05 to perception of service quality perceptionof financial and asset department.
