Abstract:
The objective of this study is to demonstrate the direction of the influencing of teaching skill development on the secondary education students achievement. 52 items of a questionnaire was the tool to collect 308 respondents from administrators, teachers and the staffs of primary education service area office in Ubonratchathanee 3. The statistic are mean, standard deviation, frequency, correlation analysis, mean difference test and variance difference test. The results show that the mean of teaching skill and student achievement are high for all components and including related moderate positively and significantly at .01 particular the relationship between personal factor such as gender and opinion of student achievement in term of teaching improvement and the parents support. However, the direction of teaching skill development comprises with 8 skill dimensions together with the opinions on the improvement of teaching management and parents support
